If you feel out of balance, out of alignment, feel like you can’t access the truth you know is within, feel like you’re constantly asking other people for advice, want to let go of the past, want to find stillness, calm and peace then I invite you to experience the magic reiki, from our base in Islington, North London.
With reiki healing or therapy, you will meet your higher self - it’s a deeply healing practise that takes you to a place within where peace and truth reside. It’s a holistic treatment that wholeheartedly embraces the Buddhist perception of one consciousness - we are all connected to the universe, we are all part of the whole. But also a practice that honours the mind, body connection and helps shift stagnant energy caused by physical or emotional pain.
Within each reiki session, we want your heart to open, releasing a river of compassion and love which freely flows through your mind, body and soul. It is in the reiki space that our consciousness drops and we access a brain state called theta which is where the mind slows down – a space of wisdom, intuition and creativity. Healing happens here, emotions are released, and energy shifts.
Each treatment includes a unique blend of intention, sound healing, reiki and divine guidance in alignment with my energy healing philosophy - but reiki treatments place a specific emphasis on reiki.

There’s so much to love about reiki - but one thing that I find so special about both reiki and sound healing is that you can lie down and just melt into complete stillness and without having to do anything - healing takes place. You don’t have to try. We live in an overstimulated world, with a culture that tells us to do more, be more, and achieve more. And I love that reiki and sound healing offers this space of stillness where you can let go of all of this. Where you can just come home to yourself.
The magic of reiki allows us to be mindful of the present moment, to drop into our body and soul - it’s awakening our truth. Reiki honours, loves and cares for those parts of ourselves which feel neglected.
Meet Katie
My childhood was spent mostly in London with its hustle and noise, surrounded by a sea of people and life. And then on the weekends and holidays, my family would go to Suffolk and spend our days out in the countryside. Heart-opening and expansive fields, silent dark nights and a canopy of stars and moonlight.
From a young age, I've been exposed to the notion of duality which I feel stems from spending my life with one foot in each pond - the city and the countryside. But it is only as I grew older that I consciously explored what polarity means, and how what is seemingly opposite is really not at all.
I spent years feeling totally unbalanced, disconnected and in a permanent state of anxiety. I was lost. Lost in a big world unsure what within me needed healing, drowning in emotions and confused as to why I was feeling so much. Why I was so sensitive to change, so sensitive to things that didn't seem to cause other peoples’ worlds to rattle and fracture. I turned to holistic wellness, intuitive guidance, spiritual practices and simple rituals for answers. I became totally enamoured by the world of wellness and what it had to offer. That feeling of home I had been so desperately searching for started within me. And slowly, I started to connect these two worlds - inner and outer. To find harmony and likeness in the duality that had all my life left a rumbling in my soul and an ache in my heart. To use the space around me to enhance and strengthen my healing. I began to not see them as two separate entities, but as one.
My purpose centres around the beautiful space within our human body and the space outside of it.
I'm here to show you that there is light within darkness, security within uncertainty, mystery within plain sight and worlds within worlds.
