The purpose of C+C Ritual is to offer a deeper exploration into who YOU are and what the vision for your life is.

Perhaps you’re aware that this chapter of life is drawing to a close but you’re unsure what’s coming up next and where you should focus your energy. Maybe you’re questioning a relationship, or your career, or aren’t sure if there’s something out there for you which has more meaning than where you currently find yourself.

C+C Ritual offers the space to expand your awareness of who you are as a human being while being supported and held in the process. The more time we spend connecting with all parts of ourselves, the more we nurture our intuition and let ourselves be divinely guided, the more will be able to hear the messages of our higher selves. I’m here to hold space for you, listen to you and support you on this journey of discovery.

I have crafted a C+C healing philosophy which centres around the cyclical alchemy of intention, sound healing, reiki and divine guidance. The Ritual treatment is longer than my other holistic offerings and integrates an equal balance of sound healing, reiki and divine guidance - providing you with a holistic treatment that speaks to the mind, body and soul.

Intention

As a reiki and sound practitioner, I honour and respect the power of intention - after all, it is only when intention is considered that healing can take place. I’m deeply passionate about creating a soothing and calming experience for you, part of this is recognising the delicate dance between our inner world and the space around us. When you come for your treatment, you are entering a space that has been designed specifically for wellness - it’s an aesthetic rooted in feeling. From the colour on the walls to the aromatherapy used to the texture on the cushions to the vessels - all picked to create a beautifully calming sanctuary for you. Before you arrive I cleanse the space with sound and protect it with reiki - letting go of stagnant energy and inviting in nurturing energy. I care deeply about your well-being and your healing experience - which is why intention is at the heart of clove+clay.

Sound Healing

Everything in the universe has a spirit or frequency, and every cell, organ and bone within the human body has its own vibration which responds to the healing sounds of crystal and Himalayan bowls which are used in clove+clay treatments. Sound healing is not just a beautifully relaxing and restorative journey - the cells within your human body actually react to the frequencies created by the bowls to retune and recalibrate making for a transformative healing experience. Sound healing is deeply soothing and allows you to truly connect with yourself and it lays the foundations for you to look inward and observe with love and compassion so that the messages of your higher self can be heard.

Reiki

Reiki is a meditative, holistic and spiritual practice where we access this universal life force energy that's within us, it was always within us, we just needed to find that stillness, softness and quiet to be at one with it. The universal life force is this spirit, energy and soul which inhabits all living and inanimate beings - including you. And it is this that is awakened when we experience the power of reiki. It’s a practice that honours the mind, and body connection and helps shift stagnant energy caused by physical or emotional pain. I integrate Reiki into all C+C treatments right before we turn to Divine Guidance - this is because Reiki encourages your heart to open with compassion and love. You will access a space called theta where your consciousness drops and the mind slows down – a space of wisdom, healing and intuition. The magic of Reiki will take you to a place within where peace and truth reside.

Divine Guidance

Divine Guidance integrates the earthbound guidance of holistic caching with the divine power of tarot and oracle cards. I find the interplay between yin and yang here so beautifully effective at bringing emotions and answers to the surface. It’s a precious dance between logic and intuition, material and spiritual. Holistic coaching honours the narrative that we hold all the answers we need within - it’s just that sometimes we need some support in revealing the truth that was within us the whole time. And when we combine coaching with tarot and oracle cards… it really is quite profound. The magic and wisdom that the tarot and oracle reveal is something so special - the voice that speaks when you lay out a deck of cards is the voice of truth. It’s about listening to the messages written all over the cards, feeling the emotions and listening to intuition. C+C is all about moving with the seasons, and we honour this cyclical way of being by returning to intention. I will hold space for you and support you in setting intentions as you move forward on the path ahead with a grounded sense of peace and clarity.
